I have finished watching Midnight In Paris. A Woody Allen film. Released in 2011. You have a bunch of a American tourists in France. Our protagonist is Gil, a script writer and wannabe author. It is a comedy drama. Good soundtrack. Plenty of art and philosophy to admire. A great cast of actors. You might also like Wes Anderson films, a BBC sitcom Goodnight Sweetheart, horror One Night In Soho and currently Legends Of Tomorrow. At Midnight in a specific street a car comes along and whisks Gil away to the 1920s. Plenty of beautiful women and handsome men. Cameos from famous artists and authors from history. I will look at the discussions and trivia for the back story. The cinematography is superb. Owen Wilson and Tom Hiddleston would later star together in Loki, another show with time travel. Rachel McAdams is his fiance who is rather unlikeable just like her Republican parents. Michael Shannon plays a lecturer, both men try to outdo each other. Michael and Rachel were in a relationship some time ago. Marion Cotillard plays a model and fashion designer in the 20s. The actor playing Hemingway is attractive and intense. You have Kathy Burke. Adrien Brody is in this. I did see him at a shift that I worked at in 2011. Worth taking a look. Hiddleston did talk about the audition process for this film and did an impression of Wilson. Carla Bruni looks gorgeous, she plays a tour guide. Lea Seydoux that recently was in No Time To Die is also in this film. Kurt Fuller, Mimi Kennedy, Alison Pill also star.

I watched Last Night In Soho.
Director: Edgar Wright
Starring: Thomasin McKenzie; Anya Taylor-Joy; Matt Smith; Michael Ajao; Terence Stamp; Diana Rigg, Terence Stamp.
Young Ellie has moved to London from Cornwall for a University course on Fashion. She wants to become a designer. The trailer was creepy when I saw it. She has an obsession with the 60s. She seems to be a medium/psychic judging by her gift. At night she is transported to the 1960s. She gets to follow the adventure of Sandy. A young woman wanting to make it in showbiz. Her manager and boyfriend is Matt. It is a psychological horror. Wright wrote the screenplay. He is also responsible for Shaun Of The Dead, Baby Driver, Spaced. Great cast of actors that include the extras. Nice special effects. I like the soundtrack. Was surprised to hear Anya singing. Both her and Thomasin look pretty. I first saw Thomasin in Old. Matt having been in Doctor Who. I thought maybe the police box was a nod to the show. John seemed abit wet behind the ears. Jocasta was a cunt. It is graphic. Nice boobs on the leading ladies. I did kind of guess what became of Sandy. It had this time travel element. Ellie does have a habit of leaving her belongings. There is a nice transition between characters in the dancing scene. Anya is a great dancer. Thomasin nailed the accent. The pub featured isn't so busy. The landlady was Mrs Doyle in Father Ted. Cinematography, costumes and set design are on point. Dark story. The rental price on Google Movies is more than it would cost at the cinema. Worth taking a look. You might also like Frequency, The Jacket, Midnight In Paris. I will take a look at discussions and reviews. Some reaction channels will feature this.

The Lost World (Jurassic Park 2) starring Jeff Goldblum, Julianne Moore, Vanessa Lee  hester, Richard Attenborough, Vince Vaughan, Pete Postlethwaite. I watched Fallen Kingdom a few weeks ago. We see Dr Ian Malcolm. Nice transition from the scene of the British family on the island to Malcolm at the subway. There is a second island. An expedition team has been sent there to observe the dinosaurs. Sarah a paleontologist and Ian's girlfriend. Ian makes his way to the island. With him is his daughter. Was she from an interracial marriage or adopted? This day and age there will be people triggered by this. Cert PG. Directed by Steven Spielberg. Plenty of bonus features. Good humour and action. Great actors and special effects. At the time of writing I will be selling this DVD on EBay.
Subtitles are automatically on. A team of hunters has been sent by Ingen. If you haven't seen this film then do. Share this blog with as many people as you can.

Clint is a substitute teacher on his first day at an elementary school. Some chicken nuggets have been contaminated and than turns the kids into zombies. Bonus is an interview with Elijah Wood. Some zany characters. Child actors are doing a great job. Nice nod to Lotr. Good soundtrack. Funny dialogue. Spectrevision is a film company started by Elijah and friends. Ian Brennan, creator of Glee cowrote the film. See Maniac which also stars Elijah Wood.

A genetically modified dinosaur has been created. It's not long till things go chaotic. Universal Studios 2014. Interesting to see the special effects that have been used. Two special features. Very futuristic. It is a Sci-fi adventure. Is this island A or B? Maybe C. Be interesting to read the discussions and reviews. Pays homage to the original. Epic battles and surprised in store. I recommend this movie.
Entertainment Extra Dynamic Link

 Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom
A SciFi adventure drama. Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Toby Jones, Jeff Goldblum. Three years after the events of the first film. The dinosaurs have been left to fend for themselves. A volcano on Isla Nebula is about to erupt. The creatures need to be saved. With the backing of Dr. Lockwood a mission is in place. Claire, Owen and a team of newbies are on their way. You have a few locations in this film. Nods to previous installments. Some screaming from female characters that gives them away. Scares, humour, emotions and actions are plenty. New and old characters. There are what if moments which have been answered. I saw this at Cineworld. Seat E12. I could have gone further rows back. Bryce looks beautiful. It must be those lips. I thought that maybe one actor was related to Ron Howard. He sounded like him. I'll look at the trivia and discussions. It offered something different. Some reviewers panned it whilst others praised it. Personally I say that you should see it. Life finds a way.
