A SciFi film from the makers of Saw and Insidious. If you like The Guyver, Iron Man, Venom, Blade Runner, Her, Ghost In The Shell, Terminator, Robocop, The Matrix then check this out. Set in the far future. The protagonist is a mechanic. He has a hot wife. He has learnt about a microchip named STEM which enhances people's abilities. There is a car accident and assault. He vows revenge. Interesting soundtrack. There is humour. Great acting, unique effects. I do have some theories. Interesting plot twist. The police officer was in Get Out. Christopher Reeves in his final years was paraplegic and was campaigning for stem cell research. Cert 15. There was chatter in the next room whilst I was watching the film. 

There was a young couple waiting at Screen 8. The brunette, young, slim and pretty. Had a nice ass. She let's me in first. After her boyfriend went in. The lady serving me at the kiosk had nice eyes. I did almost forget what film I was watching. The one at the at the doorway that checks your tickets is pretty. 

I watched Glass starring James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, Samuel L Jackson, Sarah Paulson, Anya Taylor Joy. After the events of Split. Set in Philadelphia. There is the cameo from the director. Expect a twist. Dunn is helping those in need and goes on the look for the missing girls. Kevin is around with the Horde. Mr Glass is in a mental institution. There is a doctor who wants to cure all three men. Casey is living her life and hears about Kevin so decides to pay a visit. Dunn's son is working for the security firm. The actor was a child in Unbreakable. The woman playing Elijah's mother. They may have needed to better with the make up. McAvoy does steal a few scenes. Great cast of actors. Nice way to end the trilogy. Anya looks hot. Those nice breasts of hers. A few of the kidnapped girls were hot.

 The Equalizer 2 starring Denzel Washington. McCall is a sjw. Nice opening scene on a train in Turkey. He is helping people out in need. I think that he lives in a new apartment. Works as a Lyft driver. Is obsessive compulsive. Expect violence. Thriller. There is that Sherlock Holmes, Spider Man vibe when there is trouble. See Training Day, Safehouse, Fences, Malcolm X, Roman J Esquire, Fallen, John Q, The Preacher's Wife, De Javu. He keeps in contact with old friends. Thinks about his wife Vivian. There are new villains. There is a twist. Impressive finale location scene. You might like the soundtrack.

Keanu Reeves in this action thriller. It was released in 2014. I have just seen this now. Chapter 3 is in cinemas. There seem to be a lot of fans. John Wick is a trained assassin. He had been living the quiet life. His wife passes away and some villains kill his dog. Impressive choreography and stunts. Good acting from all the cast. Willem Dafoe, Ian McShane also star. The women are hot. Good soundtrack. I recognized an actor that was in The Matrix Reloaded I believe. If you enjoyed Die Hard, Taken, James Bond, Bourne, The Equalizer then this is for you. I imagine a fanfic of a few Reeves characters. John Wick could move around like in The Matrix, he would hunt demons and he would travel in a phone booth.

Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne, Common, Ruby Rose, Riccardo Scarmacio, Ian McShane. Keanu and Laurence reunite since The Matrix trilogy. Cert 15. Chapter 3 is in cinemas at the time of writing. Great cast as always. The mob boss is brother of the guy from the first film. Peter Stormare played Lucifer in Constantine. Good action. Started off with a chase. The mobsters had his car again. Amusing that they mention that pencil story. Santino comes to visit John. He has a job for him. He wants control of the Assassin's Guild. He has rules to go by. Back out of retirement. It leads to Rome. Old characters return and new ones are introduced. Ruby Rose is the new Batwoman. Take a look at the IMDb trivia page. Sleek and smooth look to the series. The marker which each of them carry I am not sure about. Nice use of subtitles. So many underground connections. Peter Serafinowicz is a cross between a weapons expert and sommelier. My mother starts talking to herself earlier on. The disc is skipping. I have to forward a few minutes. Good soundtrack. Never ending ammo. Gets hit by a car and walks it off. Like in the Blade films the vampires were hidden in plain sight as are the assassins in this film. Ruby is kinda cute. Some Matrix references.

  

 Antman And The Wasp
Funny start at Scott's house with his daughter. Michelle Pfeiffer plays Hope's mother and she was lost to the Quantum Realm. There is a plan to bring her back. You might check out the soundtrack. Hank, Hope and some regular cast are back. Funny scenes and great special effects. Sonny is a business man dealing with the black market. A person in a white costume turns up. Has special powers. There is Bill Foster a former partner at Shield. Luis and his two associates are superb. I like the truth serum scene. Ava is pretty as is Hope. Fab ending credits.

 The First Purge is a prequel to the horror series. The trailer got some wound up, especially the right wing. It started off an experiment. Great time to release a film like this. The New Founding Fathers Of America were a political party that took power. Staten Island is ground zero. I did think that maybe there was a civil war and the country was reformed just like in The Hunger Games. Marissa Tomei is a Doctor that came up with the idea. The woman leading the protest is hot. Interesting dialogue. Set in modern years. There is the local criminal boss and his henchmen. The characters don't know what is in store for them. Having seen previous films we know. You may like the film Detroit. Select people have signed up. All activity is being monitored. Great acting and special effects. Goes a little Die Hard. Plenty of violence.    The Nun from the makers of The Conjuring comes this supernatural horror. A demonic nun character that was featured in the previous film gets a spin off. Excellent cast of actors. Set in the year of our lord 1952 in Romania. A young nun who by the way I couldn't understand her dialogue. She commuted suicide.  A priest from the Vatican and a young nun played by Vera Farmigas' sister Taissa. They go to investigate. A local farmer named Frenchie assists them. It is dark in places which adds to the atmosphere. Usually if you see something creepy in the dark you just walk in the opposite direction. You night like The Woman In Black, Bram Stoker's Dracula. It has a Gothic feel. Interesting film locations. James Wan, Jason Blum and co do make some gems. Click on the ad to see the latest deal and possibly get hold of the soundtrack.    Kin is a SciFi drama. Lionsgate film. Mogwai provide the soundtrack. Elijah (Miles Truitt) is a young lad that had been adopted. He had gone to a junkyard and discovered an inter dimensional weapon. Dennis Quaid plays his foster father that is like Jonathan Kent in a way. The older brother Jimmy (Jack Reynor) has got out of prison and in debt to a local criminal played by James Franco. Zoe Kravitz is a stripper which they meet along the way. Two aliens are sent to retrieve the weapon. See IMDb for cast and trivia. Good special effects. Nice music. Focuses on characters. You might like Fahrenheit 451, Midnight Special, Chronicle, The Dark Tower, A Wrinkle In Time. Special features are included.

 Jeepers Creepers 3 which I recently purchased and will have sold on eBay. It is a horror sequel which I had been waiting for.  It takes place after the final scene of the first film. A county full of people must do what they can to survive. The Creeper is back on the hunt. There is something of his hidden away and he wants it back. There is a mystery surrounding his origins. I am fascinated by it. If there is another film maybe they could go back to the beginning. Jonathan Breck and the cast do an excellent job. The van driven by the beast has a few surprises. The best friend of Addy has nice breasts. Addy lives with her grandma. You have the police and a group that have come face to face with the Creeper. A young man from a neighbouring farm that runs a business. A few teenage dirt bikers. Impressive special effects. Follow the ad to get to the soundtrack and film. There are no special features on this DVD. If you like Predator then you might like this.


The Happy Time Murders stars Melissa McCarthy. If you have watched The Muppets, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and Pokémon Detective, Deadpool, Spy, The Heat then this is for you. Joel McHale, Maya Rudolph, Elizabeth Banks. A funny film. Adults only. Great dialogue, puppetry, acting and effects. Crime comedy where puppets and humans live side by side. Set in LA. Phil Phillips is a private investigator and is dealing with a case. Puppets are being murdered. Detective Edwards is investigating. There is a clash of personalities. Quite surreal. Lots of violence, swearing, sexual content.
