Marvel at this

I have just watched Moon Knight on Disney Plus. Marvel TV show starring Oscar Isaac. Started off in London. Steven works in a Museum. I wasn't convinced by his English accent at first. Maybe because of the writing or the stereotypes of the British character. He takes precautions every night. He often loses track of time. He suffers from a mental health disorder. His alter ego is Marc. A mercenary. You feel sorry for Steven. He is a loner. Treated like shit. He has this dream sequence which was interesting. Good special effects. Great actors. You might like the soundtrack. This is all influenced by Egyptian mythology. Ethan Hawke plays the villain. After this jewel. One of the cast passed away last year. I was never familiar with the character. I don't read the comics. Some of the trash rightwingers will perhaps slander the show. Then again they might not. You could make comparisons to The Mummy. Oscar did play Apocalypse in an Xmen film. This is more adult than other shows. I could look into trivia, backstories and reactions.

 Cast:

Jared Leto
Dr. Michael Morbius
Matt Smith
Milo

Adria Arjona
Martine Bancroft

Jared Harris
Dr. Emil Nicholas

Tyrese Gibson
Agent Simon Stroud

Al Madrigal
Agent Rodriguez
Michael Keaton
Adrian Toomes

Zaris-Angel Hator
Anna
Joe Ferrara
Bush Pilot (as Joe Ferrera)

Charlie Shotwell
Young Michael

Joseph Esson
Young Milo

I went to Cineworld to see Morbius. This film was meant to be released a year ago or more. The pandemic delayed things. I had seen the animated Spiderman in the 90s which features Morbius. Also this character was in a deleted scene of Blade. I would have expected to see Blade. Michael is a doctor, scientist. He has a disability. An illness that he wants to find a cure for. This is an origin story. During his childhood he is at this children's home/hospital in Greece. I was suprised at the location. I guess that it is a place for the rich. There he meets Lucian who is nicknamed Milo. Not sure why. They become best friends. Milo runs some sort of business. He is rich. He funds Michael's work. There is Emil who has been watching over them since the early days. Martine is a beautiful doctor. Works alongside Michael. Vampire bats were used for these experiments. Synthetic blood was created which had helped many patients. A formula which mixes bat and human dna is used. Morbius becomes a living vampire. Often finding that he is unable to control the beast. With the trailer they would have hidden certain details which you will find out during the movie. I wondered what the soundtrack would be like. Some people are giving it negative reviews. I see that they did give him a look similar to the comics. Apparently some things have been removed. Jared Leto is one handsome man. He has transformed his body depending on the film role. Great cast of actors. Matt Smith does good. I notice that he is asked from 1 to 10 how much pain he is in. He says 11. Has to be a nod to Doctor Who. Reference to Venom and Spiderman are made. I did predict what would happen to two characters. The Fbi are looking for the suspect as these bodies are turning up. Impressive special effects. It is a bugger if you are close to the screen. With the end credits it might trigger an epileptic attack. There are two mid credits scenes. None after the credits end. As people were posting all sorts I expected one. See the trivia and reaction channels.

Ms. Marvel: Created by Bisha K. Ali. Starring Iman Vellani, Matt Lintz, Zenobia Shroff, Yasmeen Fletcher. Set in New Jersey. Kamala Khan is a Pakistani teenager. Loves her comics, big fan of the Avengers. Starts off telling the audience about Endgame. She has a best friend Bruno who is tech savvy. This series and character has already triggered the white supremacists. They are just racists. Representation matters. There is a lot going on visually. Good effects and animation. Imagine Scott Pilgrim Vs The World. I thought that she may have ADD or be on the spectrum. But anyway. Her parents are strict. I wonder about the mother's accent whether it is forced. You won't get stereotypes here. Quite a few Asian viewers have been able to relate to aspects of the show. Kamala eventually gets her powers. This is more for teen audiences. Stargirl, Hawkeye and Turning Red had an impact. Understanding some of the language spoken. Good soundtrack. Great cast. Liking all the culture. I did think Kamala as cute but a little annoying. Was hoping they weren't going to go with some love story. Looking to see who the enemy will be. Some scene where she put her stuff on the toilet floor. You need to take a look. I wasn't sure if I would stick with the series.

I have started watching Inhumans. A Marvel TV series. Starring: Anson Mount; Serinda Swan; Ken Leung; Eme Ikwuakor; Isabelle Cornish; Ellen Woglom; Iwan Rheon. This show was given a low rating. But to be honest you can't really trust the reviews. Go in with an open mind. After seeing Multiverse Of Madness and Ms Marvel I was intrigued by this show. Anson is handsome. Serina is attractive. Attilan is a city cloaked in secrecy. Based on the moon. The Inhumans are a race similar to Mutants. Black Bolt is king. His queen is Medusa. Maximus is the brother. A diverse cast. One actor I remember from the Xmen franchise. One of the team had been on Earth looking for people with special abilities. There is an army that is hunting them down. It is suggested that the Inhumans make a home on Earth. In Attilan a coup takes place. The effects aren't bad. It is one of those shows that not everyone will have watched eg Krypton. This huge dog that can teleport.

I went to the cinema to watch Thor Love And Thunder. I almost got sent to the wrong screen room because of a glitch. Cert 12A. There were some kids in the audience. A few swear words in the film. I noticed the new Marvel logo which features the Disney Plus shows. Nice battle sequence where an Aerosmith song plays. The Guardians and Thor have been travelling together. Eventually going their separate ways. The third film for them is still in the works. Anyway there is a new villain called Gorr. He had lost his daughter and the Gods weren't willing to do anything. He gets hold of a powerful sword and goes on the warpath slaughtering any God that he can find. The citizens of New Asgard are attacked. Jane Foster is suffering from cancer. She is carrying on with her work. Dr Selvig makes a video call. Darcy visits the hospital. She seems to have put on weight. Jane (Natalie Portman) is in great shape once she becomes Lady Thor. It is all in the comics because the antisjw fags will be whining again. The children have been kidnapped. The team must enlist others to help. Was wondering about the accent Russell Crowe was doing. Not sure about the mid credits scene. Some great actors. Notably Christian Bale. Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, Taika Waititi are joined by others. The screaming goats were becoming annoying. Nice fights. I like the soundtrack. Waiting for Loki season 2. Though shall not worship idols, false or otherwise.

She-Hulk Attorney At Law finally arrived at Disney Plus. Starring Tatiana Maslany, Mark Ruffalo, Benedict Wong, Tim Roth, Jameela Jamil. A few people were critical about the special effects when they saw the trailer but they have polished it up. The antisjw and pick mes will whine about the feminist character.  People who read the comics know the history. The show is light hearted but adult. Jennifer Walters is a lawyer.  Often does the fourth wall break by talking to the audience. She is preparing for a court case.  She tells you about the time that she gained her powers. Involves getting into a car accident.  It pays homage to the old Hulk TV show. Getting a blood transfusion means she know can Hulk out.  Tatiana is a talented actress, attractive too.  Many  became her fans because of Orphan Black. Mark also did a good job. It is nice to see Jen and Bruce spend time together. See what had been going on with him since Endgame. There are Easter eggs. Nice theme song. I will continue to watch this. Daredevil is to make an appearance. Good action sequences and dialogue. There is that whole tall woman fetish that gained popularity since Resident Evil 8. Check out the reaction channels like Legends Of Podcasting, Pghreactyinz.

After having watched She Hulk.  I decided to rewatch the 2003 Ang Lee film called Hulk. Starring Eric Bana, Sam Elliott, Jennifer Connelly, Nick Nolte, Josh Lucas. This was a stand alone film. Mixed reviews. Soundtrack by Danny Elfman. I like a few songs. Scifi drama. It is an origin story. Interesting visual effects and editing. Very much like a comic book. Opening credits are detailed. Betty Ross is very hot. It is the voice and those eyes. Edith Banner is attractive. This film was before the MCU was established. David Banner had been running experiments. General Ross had been overseeing things at the military base. Tragedy would strike. Many years later. Bruce works as a scientist. Betty is at this lab alongside Harper. There is a fault. Meanwhile you have Glenn Talbot. A man with connections who wants Betty to come work for him. Maybe a love triangle. A line said by Bruce "I'm not going to blow up" See What If. You can look at the trivia. See the reaction channels. More importantly read the comics. As I write this I will watch The Incredible Hulk. The Ed Norton film. I used to watch the TV series back in the 80s. Adult Swim has done a great parody. Mark Ruffalo has been killing it in the role within the MCU.

The Incredible Hulk 2008. Second film within the Mcu. Part of phase one. Starring Edward Norton, Tim Roth, Liv Tyler, William Hurt. The opening credits tells of the experiment that first transformed Banner. We find him in Brazil. Working at a factory. There are a few hot women in the city. Not forgetting how stunning Betty Ross is. The queasy thing is the meditation and breathing exercises. The chap that does the weird thing with his diaphragm. They had highlighted in She Hulk what the infected blood can do. What If references a scene in this film. There are references and cameos. You have a fine cast of actors. The US army led by General Ross are hunting for the Hulk. Emily Blonsky is first introduced. He will be back in Shang-Chi and She Hulk. He is joining the squad. He is determined to get to the Hulk. Wanted to become a super soldier. Banner has been trying to find a cure. Good action. Abomination design will eventually get changed later on for some reason. The one scientist Mr Blue is a bit weird. This film is cannon. Slightly tainted by the removal of Edward and what supposedly went on. Rip William.

I have just watched a Halloween special from Marvel. It is called Werewolf By Night. It pays homage to the old school horrors. At a large mansion a group of hunters have gathered to hunt a monster. This is a ritual. The head of the Bloodstone family has passed and someone will earn his place/legacy. I do wonder if this Bloodstone is an infinity stone. Elsa is the estranged daughter. She is hot. I did have a feeling about who might make it to the end. There are twists. Good amount of violence. Shot in black and white. Harriet Sansom Harris, Laura Donnelly, Gael García Bernal are amongst the cast. I did see some continuity error or maybe it was deliberate. There will trivia and someone will talk about the Easter eggs. Good acting and effects. Worth a look.

I watched Black Panther Wakanda Forever. A sequel.
Shuri: Letitia Wright
Queen Ramonda: Angela Bassett
Okoye: Danai Gurira
M’Baku: Winston Duke
Nakia: Lupita Nyong’o
Namor: Tenoch Huerta
Riri Williams / Ironheart: Dominique Thorne
Everett Ross: Martin Freeman
Valentina Allegra de Fontaine: Julia Louis-Dreyfus
The antisjw clowns whine about it as indigenous and black people are represented. A nice tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman at the beginning. King T'challa is dead and the nation of Wakanda is in mourning. You do get origin stories of some characters. Shuri is trying to cope with the loss of her brother. Busy with her work. Queen Ramonda is dealing with the UN. The Vibranium is up for grabs. Namor is king of the sea. His people are under threat from the humans. As this ship has been attacked Agent Ross is going to investigate. Fingers are being pointed. There are references that not everyone will get. Nice special effects. Good acting and fight scenes. Riri is a young scientist that helped design a machine that detected the Vibranium. Her life is in danger. There is no post credit scene. You might like the soundtrack. Nakia is looking fine as hell. I do think of the actor with the plate in his mouth. The emotion felt for T'challa channels what the actors felt for Chadwick. I was in the screenroom 3 seat E3. I was on my own for a long time. There was a couple sat in front. I recommend that you see this film.

The Guardians Of The Galaxy Holiday Special is an episode that I saw on Disney plus. The last time we saw the crew was on Thor: Love And Thunder. Starring Chris Pratt, Pom Klementieff, Sean Gunn, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Bradley Cooper, Michael Rooker, Bin Diesel. There are flashback scenes in animation. Peter is unhappy. It is Christmas and he hasn't been on Earth in a long time. Mantis and Drax decide to do something special for him. There are cameos, fourth wall breaks, references and Easter eggs. The third film is out next year. I like the soundtrack. Great performance from the band. I bet it could go viral. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I watched Antman And The Wasp: Quantumania at the cinema. I noticed the hot blonde staff member. Anyway. Here is where the Lang/Van Dyne/Pym family have gathered for dinner. Scott is now famous. Cassie is cute. Good casting. Nice special effects. Good comedy and action. Cassie had been learning more about the Quantum Realm. A signal was sent and someone has replied. They are all sent into the realm. You get to meet a variety of characters. Fascinating scenery. Definitely inspired by Star Wars. Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kathryn Newton and Jonathan Majors. There is another version of Kang The Conqueror. Majors did a good job. As did all the cast. Introduced Modok. There is more to the story of what happened when Janet was stuck here in the past. I knew that this would need to be linked to Loki. As the family have been separated. There are rebels that had to flee their homes. Kang is looking for Scott. He has been wanting to leave the Quantum Realm. I thought that if Scott were to die in this film then that would be fine. There are many other films and shows to come. This is Phase 5.

I am at Cineworld to see Guardians Of The Galaxy. I wanted a small popcorn and a larger drink. Offered a deal so went with it. I was expecting some deaths of main characters. The post and mid credit scenes were pointless. Good soundtrack. It was a good film. Plenty of attractive women. As this is a finale it was going to be dark. In flashbacks you get the Rocket origin story. As we know that Adam Warlock is being sent to attack the Guardians. He had been hired by The High Revolutionary, a mad scientist who shouts alot. They want Rocket. Good fight scenes and special effects. Rocket has been seriously injured. This film might upset some as animals have been experimented on. The Guardians need to get to a planet to retrieve a file. It will help Rocket. Peter is trying to win Gamora over. I like how different she is to the original. You can liken the film to Endgame. Not everyone will survive. One scene was cringe. I am fascinated by a planet that was visited. Adam is very powerful. He hasn't been existing for long. Good amount of comedy. They are great actors. James Gunn using actors from other franchises that he was pleased with. I look forward to trivia and discussions. There are those that are whining about Marvel. There are cameos and returning characters. I was surprised at how long it was. They don't need to feature these characters ever again. I recommend that you see it. I am to see The Marvels, Loki, Secret Invasion.
Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star - Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Karen Gillen as Nebula, Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot, Dave Bautista as Drax, Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket, Pom Klementieff as Mantis. The cast also includes Elizabeth Debicki as Ayesha, Will Poulter as Adam Warlock, Sean Gunn as Craglin, Chukwudi Iwuji as The High Evolutionary.

I started watching Marvel Secret Invasion on Disney Plus.
Starring
Samuel L. Jackson
Ben Mendelsohn
Kingsley Ben-Adir
Killian Scott
Samuel Adewunmi
Dermot Mulroney
Richard Dormer
Emilia Clarke
Olivia Colman
Don Cheadle

It makes reference to Captain Marvel. When we had first met the Skrulls. An alien race with the ability to shape shift. Now in the present day a terrorist organisation of these Skrulls has been formed. They wish to take the Earth for themselves. Turn humanity against each other. Nick Fury has been on board a space station for some time. He eventually comes back. We are in Russia for the time being. Most of these characters are going through a crisis of their own. Talos is looking for these rebels. Agent Ross has a meeting with Prescott who has gathered information. Talos's wife is dead. His daughter has dissappeared. Maria Hill is also trying to stop the invasion. There is MI6 agent Sonya who has motives of her own. Gravik is the rebel leader. There is a community set up on the outskirts. Most will do whatever they can for the cause. I was trying to see if Falcon And The Winter Soldier is connected. Alot of people were saying that this show goes back to the style of phase one. If you like Bond, Mission Impossible, Bourne then you might want to see this. Good special effects. Great acting. A nice new theme song.

Nope

Howdy! Well where do I begin? At the cinema to see the latest Jordan Peele film Nope. He is a genius. Written, produced and directed by him. A horror scifi. A family of horse wranglers living out in the middle of nowhere. They are often hired by Hollywood. I bet that the crew featured in scenes were actually crew members. OJ is the son played by Daniel Kaluyaa. Keke Palmer plays his annoying sister Emerald. Their dad Otis (Keith David) is in charge. Not sure what happened to the mum. Things fall out of sky. I liked the creepiness of the setting. People have been dissappearing. Michael Wincott was in Alien Resurrection. He plays a cinematographer. Brandon Perea is a handsome man, he plays tech guy Angel. Steven Yeun owns this theme park. His wife dressed like a Toy Story character. There is this story about an incident with a chimpanzee on the set of a sitcom. Nod to Planet Of The Apes. There is a cover of Mad in the office. Peele was a cast member of Mad TV. You will have seen Get Out, Us, Candyman. I will see what he comes out with next. There are aliens observing the humans. There are those audio and visual clues. Someone on YouTube will explain the meaning of the film. There were trailers for The Woman King, Smile, Prey For The Devil. Not many people in the theatre. Great acting and effects. Nice soundtrack. Need to read the back story of the black cowboy on a horse caught on film. I did think that the trailer might spoil things. Hopefully you check this out.

I have decided to cancel my Netflix account. Not much in terms of good content. So I decided to watch one last thing. A horror comedy called Day Shift. Stars Jamie Foxx, Dave Franco, Karla Souza, Meagan Good, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Peter Stormare. Set in the city of Los Angeles. Bud is a man that hunts vampires. He is trying to get enough money together to pay for his daughter's tuition. He is seperated from his wife Jocelyn who is hot. Somewhat useless in later scenes. There is the daughter Paige who is clever. Troy is a dealer of sorts that Bud deals with. You have Audrey posing as a real estate agent. She is practically a leader of these vampires. Another attractive woman. Then you also have the lovely Heather who just moved to the apartment block. There is a business called The Union. Shrouded in secrecy. Similar to R.i.p.d and Men In Black. So many hunters work here. Seth is a union rep assigned to monitor Bud. I did get Training Day vibes. Interesting take on the vampire. They are quick, flexible and can regenerate. Finding there are 5 types of vampire. Good soundtrack. There is a reference made to other vampire films. Chad Stahleski is the producer. He may have been involved with the stunt work. The violence is similar to John Wick. Clever action scenes. Interesting dialogue. Great work from everyone involved. You might like Night Teeth, Stake Land, From Dusk Till Dawn, Blade, Day Walkers, 30 Days Of Night, Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter, Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Of course there are many more. I hadn't been overly bothered by Jamie Foxx. I have seen a few of his films from Booty Call, Collateral, Ray, Spider-man No Way Home, Amazing Spider-man 2, White House Down. Even saw a stand up special. Haven't seen much of Dave Franco. He was looking good in whatever clothes they put him in. Worth looking at the trivia and discussions once you have seen the film. See some reaction channels. Showing on Netflix now. Released in 2022.

I have started watching La Brea. A scifi drama series starring Natalie Zea · Eve Harris ; Eoin Macken · Gavin Harris ; Chiké Okonkwo · Ty Coleman ; Zyra Gorecki · Izzy Harris ; Jack Martin · Josh Harris.
Similar films and shows are Lost, The Langoliers, Journey To The Centre Of The Earth, The Time Machine, Doctor Who, Terra Firma, Jurassic Park, The Walking Dead, The Outer Limits, The Twilight Zone, Stranger Things. Saw a quick Imdb review but you should avoid that. They do establish a few things. I have my theories. There will be explanations online. An independent show. A giant sinkhole opens up in the middle of Los Angeles. There is a family who are the protagonists. Eve is the mother. A milf. Might be significant that she is called Eve. She has a son and daughter. The ex husband has been having visions. It kind of alludes to who might be a love interest. People and objects fell into the hole only to be transported to another place. A stoner guy named Scott, a psychiatrist, a cop, a doctor and his daughter are amongst the characters introduced. This government agency is investigating. Special effects will be as good as they can be. Apocalyptic. There are unknown threats waiting. Interesting filming locations.

Kill or be killed

I have watched Prey on Disney Plus. First of all the white supremacist colonizers were triggered. Fuck their feelings. It is not all about you. Amber Midthunder · Naru ; Dakota Beavers · Taabe ; Dane DiLiegro · Predator ; Stormee Kipp · Wasape ; Michelle Thrush · Aruka. This is a scifi horror. A prequel in the Predator series. Set in 1719 in America. The Comanche Nation are indigenous people. Living their lives. The pilgrims aka Europeans would not be far off. The protagonist Naru wants to be treated as an equal. She is a skilled fighter and hunter. There is a rite of passage, a hunt taking place. She must deal with the patriarchy. A lone Predator has landed. He is there for sport. Interesting in how it appears. Resembles more Native American. The weapons matching closer to this century than like that of the other films. Nice special effects. It shows you what the Predator gets up to if no humans are around. Whatever the creature everything is being hunted. Be interested to see the youtube reactions. You have the French men also looking to hunt. Not sure why it wasn't in the cinema. Nice soundtrack. A new version of the main theme. Great cinematography. The director was involved with 10 Cloverfield Lane. You might also like The Revenant. Good action scenes. I like strong female characters. There are references to the other films. Worth taking a look.

It's all about family

I have watched a Finnish horror movie called Hatching. Noticed how attractive the people are in this town. There is a pretty gross scene which I won't go into. This ideal family living in the suburbs. There was a bird that had made it's way into the house. Later on the daughter Tinja finds an egg. She decides to keep it in her room. It hatches and there is a bird like human clone. She gives it the name Alli. They have a psychic connection. Sophia Heikkila, Siiri Solalinna. The young actress is good at gymnastics like her character. The mother is attractive. Overbearing, having an affair, vlogging. The dad does his own thing. The young brother seems to have a hatred for his sister. There has be some kind of metaphor regarding this story. You might also like The New Daughter.
