Suicide Squad Hell To Pay cert 15. An animated comic book film from DC/WB. Borrowed it from the library. It was skipping as someone had left fingerprints underneath the disc. It should play now that I have wiped it. Gotham Under Gaslight is another film worth checking out. From the offset the action is brutal. Waller has sent the squad to retrieve some files from a gangster on board a train. They eventually will be after a mystical object and there is a hefty price. Cast including Christian Slater, Vanessa Williams, Billy Brown. Special features is a trailer for upcoming film The Death Of Superman. A variety of characters. Deadshot is white, usually in the comics. Killer Frost aka Crystal Snow not Caitlin as in the Flash TV series. There is a Zoom character that I thought was Reverse-Flash. My brother wanted to use the iron so the film is put on hold. He asks me to view these amateur filmmakers trailers. Then wants me to see something on Facebook. I am not interested. I fell alseep as I had been at the gym early in the morning. I am to watch the rest of it now.
Rewatching Batman Begins. Brilliant cast. Dark thriller based on the comic book. Music by Hans Zimmer. An origin story, a reboot of the film series. Christopher Nolan would go onto produce more gems. See the ads on this page.

The Death Of Stalin
A satirical comedy by Armando Iannucci. You should see The Friday Night Armistice, The Thick Of It, In The Loop, W1A, Charlie Brooker, Monty Python, The Apprentice, Wes Anderson, The Disaster Artist, The Interview. A great selection of cast members. I like how they use their own accents. Set in communist Russia. Stalin has died and the position is now available. Many members of the council are going to go head to head. Cert 15. Shoutout to the props and costume department. Lots of detail. May need to look at the history books for info. One of the actors does remind me of Churchill. Quite dramatic. Contains violence and swearing. Michael Palin, Jason Isaacs, Steve Buscemi, Michael Palin, Simon Russell Beale, Paddy Considine, Rupert Friend, Jeffrey Tambor, Andrea Riseborough.
Molly's Game. The tits in the trailer do it for me.
Impressive opening scene which is animated. Set in the 60s. John Boyega, Will Poulter star. Riots and civil unrest. Police brutality. Katherine Bigelow directed this film. Based on true events. Not much has changed. Old news footage. Good cast of actors. Started off with a raid on an unlicensed bar. There are bonus features. There are a few different things going on. It is best to pay attention to the film. Look at the back story. Outstanding performance by Will Poulter. Soundtrack. I recognised John Krasinski and Anthony Mackie.
Ingrid Goes West, described as a thriller for the Instagram generation. Ingrid is a twenty something woman played by Aubrey Plaza. Crazy individual that crashed her former friends wedding. She follows a social media celebrity called Taylor played by Elizabeth Olsen. During the narration Liz sounds like Drew Barrymore. Ingrid feels that she has found a new best friend and decides to go to LA. There she meets her new landlord played by O'Shea Jackson JR. I am blogging as I watch the beginning. Really you should just concentrate on the film. My mum talking to herself and I have to turn the volume up. See the Amazon ads for similar films. There are humorous scenes. You might like the soundtrack. It satirised social media celebrity culture. Great cast of actors. Alternate and deleted scenes with commentary.
The Disaster Artist based on a true story. Tommy Wiseau went on to make The Room and it was critically panned, reaching cult status. James Franco directed this film. He is perfect to play Tommy. Dave Franco plays his best friend who would join him on this journey to Hollywood. Seth Rogen is a director. It plays homage to the film. In the start a few actors talk about Wiseau and The Room such as Adam Scott, Danny McBride, Kristen Bell. Some good songs. A comedic indie film. I may need to see The Room. Sharon Stone plays an agent. There is a book written by one of the stars. As I am watching this the scart wire comes loose and the picture or the sound goes and I'm fiddling about with it. A bit of a bromance. See mumblecore. Uwe Boll The makers of this film also did The Interview. Bryan Cranston, Judd Apatow, Zach Effron make cameos. Josh Hutcherson plays a cast member. It was getting late and I am falling asleep. The company also made The Interview.
