An action comedy thriller. Set in Japan. The Father is a young man that wants to find the person responsible for causing his son harm. The Elder is also family. He is seeking revenge. Ladybug gets set on a mission to retrieve a suitcase, he is guided by Maria who has a sexy voice. Two Brits named Tangerine and Lemon are with the client's son. They have possession of the suitcase. The Prince might look sweet and innocent, very pretty too but has an agenda. The White Death is a Russian that worked for the Yakuza. The Wolf had a wedding where the family was killed and so has arrived. The Hornet has been secretly causing mayhem. There are cameos. Good humour and fight scenes. Clever dialogue. Impressive soundtrack. All the actors are good. Thought of Scott Pilgrim and Kick-Ass the way it is edited and how the words appear on the screen. You may already have seen James Bond, Jason Bourne, John Wick, Seven Psychopaths, In Bruges, Haywire, Hitman, Die Hard, The Commuter, The Equalizer, Lock Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, Transporter, Kill Bill. Based on a novel. Grasshopper is a film connected to the story. Worth checking out.

Goodbye Mr Wick

Keanu Reeves · Laurence Fishburne · George Georgiou · Lance Reddick · Clancy Brown · Ian McShane · Marko Zaror · Bill Skarsgård - Hiroyuki Sanada - Shamier Anderson - Donnie Yen - Rina Sawayama.
John Wick Chapter 4 from Lionsgate. The final film. Action Thriller. Saw this at the cinema.
John is still on the run. He has his sights on The High Table. They have sent The Harbinger. Closing down operations at the hotel. Putting Winston and Charon out of a job. The Marquis has arrived. He wants Wick dead. Caine has been hired to kill John. There is a Tracker that wants the money and offers his services. Plenty of action. With one scene you could see the choreography and stunt work it was obvious. Misfires and how characters are not dead. Some bad guys had been suited with body armour. There is a scene later on which is impressive due to how creative the kills were. The card game scene was good. The boss has good moves on him. John has enlisted the help of old friends. Impressive cinematography. Nice soundtrack. Lance Reddick has only just passed away. Great acting and special effects. There is a post credits scene. There is talk of spin offs. There will be trivia to look at. Some questions are being asked. Worth taking a look. The whole series was good. Eva Longoria was a producer and backer for the first film. I had seen her at a shift that I worked at.
I did find the view obscured from this blonde sitting in the front. A bit of chatter from the side.

I have a particular set of skills

The Commuter starring Liam Neeson, Vera Farmiga. I like the theme music played on the dvd menu. I saw a trailer for Yardie which is produced by Idris Elba and Shane Meadows I believe. Also You Were Never Really Here which stars Joaquin Phoenix. I am going to rent that. He will be playing The Joker in an origin story. Anyhow back to the film.

Interesting how the film was edited. Showing the various days that Michael travels to and from work. Some familiar faces. Sam Neill plays a Captain of the police force, Patrick Wilson is a cop and best friend of Michael. Shoutout to the extras and minor characters. Michael is an insurance seller that has been made redundant. You might like Falling Down. He meets a mysterious woman named Joanna that asks him to take part in an experiment. Action thriller. I had watched Non Stop and this is in a similar vein. Farmiga and Wilson starred together in The Conjuring. I knew that something was up as soon as he bumped into a guy. Colin McFarlane was in Batman Begins. Letitia Wright also stars. More cast members. You may have seen Source Code, Die Hard With A Vengeance, Phonebooth, Money Monster, The Cold Light Of Day, the Saw films. Expect plot twists. Worth taking a look at this film. "What kind of person are you?" Cert 15. Studiocanal 2018. Bonus features: making of and interview.

The Antisocial Network

Ingrid Goes West, described as a thriller for the Instagram generation. Ingrid is a twenty something woman played by Aubrey Plaza. Crazy individual that crashed her former friends wedding. She follows a social media celebrity called Taylor played by Elizabeth Olsen. During the narration Liz sounds like Drew Barrymore. Ingrid feels that she has found a new best friend and decides to go to LA. There she meets her new landlord played by O'Shea Jackson JR. I am blogging as I watch the beginning. Really you should just concentrate on the film. My mum talking to herself and I have to turn the volume up. See the Amazon ads for similar films. There are humorous scenes. You might like the soundtrack. It satirised social media celebrity culture. Great cast of actors. Alternate and deleted scenes with commentary.

Limitless

Interesting opening scene. Good dialogue. http://limitless-movie.co.uk Has a sci-fi aspect to it. The landlord's wife is nice. His mind has been opened up. He talks alot of sense. Glad he got to bone her. I would too. The publisher is a milf. Catch his new film Silver Linings Playbook. Bradley does some good impressions, see youtube. You might like Johnny Neumonic starring Keanu Reeves. Good special effects. Other's have gained an interest in the drug and it's capabilities. This is set in New York. Trippy psychadelic effects. He gets lucky yet again in a nightclub. This film will appeal to guys. Red Lights starring De Niro is a good film. Abbie was great in Sucker Punch. Reminded me of Bruce Almighty. When it comes to drugs with the highs must come the lows. Looking at a trailer I thought De Niro was an FBI agent. But he's a Hedge Fund Manager. He is a handsome man that Mr. Cooper. Another film of his is Hit N Run. Good fight scene based on memory. Side effects his life keeps skipping forward. See The A-Team plus some other films advertised below.

Hitchcock biographical film of Alfred Hitchcock

The great filmaker. Stars Sir Anthony Hopkins as Alf, Dame Helen Mirren as his wife Alma. Toni Collete, Scarlett Johannson and Jessica Biel also ster. I did a little art piece symbolising 20th Century Heroes. I chose film. One image was of a shadow of Hitchcock holding a knife. There is a tv series called Bates Motel out now. It's set around the time where Alf wants to make a film based on a horror novel Psycho. The film itself was remade a few years ago. Toni plays Peggy a P.A. Scarlett is actress Janet Leigh. Janet was the mother of Jamie Lee Curtis that starred in the Halloween movies. The trailer looked good. Alf is determined, morbid with a sense of humour. See Sam Raimi's films. myworld.ebay.co.uk/mrkish09 I liked The Aviator a film about Howard Hughes. It'd be interesting to read his biography. A great cast. Paramount were reluctant to go ahead with this film. Alf was risking his reputation. Mr Stefano played by Karate Kid actor Ralph Macchio. See Chaplin starring Robert Downey Jr. Cert 12.

Seven Psychopaths cert 15 BFI and Film4

Stars Colin Farrel, Woody Harrelson, Sam Rockwell, Christopher Walken. Opening scene two hitmen are having a morbid conversation. Lots of special features including a gag reel. Marty is a struggling writer intent on finishing his screenplay 'Seven Psychopaths' all he needs is some inspiration. Charlie is a gangster that has had his dog stolen by Marty's friends. He is going to try and get his pet back. There is a man with a rabbit which I saw from the trailer. Marty's girlfriend is pretty. If you like films with an oddball bunch of characters. Then check out Burn After Reading, I Heart Huckabees. The actress that was in Precious and Tower Heist stars in this. She played Shirese. Nice little chapters introducing each psychopath. Great body on this woman in one scene. The actress is Christine Marzano. A great cast. Contains violence, nudity and swearing. One story tells of an interracial couple that go around killing hitmen. Olga Kurylenko looks hot in a bikini. Nice soundtrack. Out to buy/rent now.
