An action comedy thriller. Set in Japan. The Father is a young man that wants to find the person responsible for causing his son harm. The Elder is also family. He is seeking revenge. Ladybug gets set on a mission to retrieve a suitcase, he is guided by Maria who has a sexy voice. Two Brits named Tangerine and Lemon are with the client's son. They have possession of the suitcase. The Prince might look sweet and innocent, very pretty too but has an agenda. The White Death is a Russian that worked for the Yakuza. The Wolf had a wedding where the family was killed and so has arrived. The Hornet has been secretly causing mayhem. There are cameos. Good humour and fight scenes. Clever dialogue. Impressive soundtrack. All the actors are good. Thought of Scott Pilgrim and Kick-Ass the way it is edited and how the words appear on the screen. You may already have seen James Bond, Jason Bourne, John Wick, Seven Psychopaths, In Bruges, Haywire, Hitman, Die Hard, The Commuter, The Equalizer, Lock Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, Transporter, Kill Bill. Based on a novel. Grasshopper is a film connected to the story. Worth checking out.

THE RAILWAY MAN drama cert 15 Based on an autobiography by Eric Lomax.

Stars Colin Firth as old Eric, Jeremy Irvine as young Eric. During the war Eric is captured by the Japanese. Tortured and forced to build the Thai-Burma railway. Opening scene had Lomax lying on the floor reciting something. Later in a cafe in 1980. What was fascinating about the trailer was how Eric wants revenge and wants to confront his captors. One of them being Takashi Nagase played by Hiroyuki Sanada. Nicole Kidman plays Mrs Lomax. A great cast. Directed by Jonathon Teplitzky. Lionsgate 2013. Also includes cast and crew interviews. Other autobiographical films I recommend are 12 Years A Slave, The Butler. There are flashback sequences to the war. He operated the radios in Singapore 1942. Eric was traumatised by his experiences. Always was a train enthusiast. Finlay played by Stellan Skarsgard, tells of the experiences in the war. Worth checking out. Brutal scenes. Classical soundtrack. Great dialogue. Heartfelt and thought provoking film. See Amazon reviews. Out to buy. Please share. 'Lest We Forget'
