The Prince might look sweet and innocent, very pretty too but has an agenda. The White Death is a Russian that worked for the Yakuza. The Wolf had a wedding where the family was killed and so has arrived. The Hornet has been secretly causing mayhem. There are cameos. Good humour and fight scenes. Clever dialogue. Impressive soundtrack. All the actors are good. Thought of Scott Pilgrim and Kick-Ass the way it is edited and how the words appear on the screen. You may already have seen James Bond, Jason Bourne, John Wick, Seven Psychopaths, In Bruges, Haywire, Hitman, Die Hard, The Commuter, The Equalizer, Lock Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, Transporter, Kill Bill. Based on a novel. Grasshopper is a film connected to the story. Worth checking out.

John Wick Chapter 4 from Lionsgate. The final film. Action Thriller. Saw this at the cinema.
John is still on the run. He has his sights on The High Table. They have sent The Harbinger. Closing down operations at the hotel. Putting Winston and Charon out of a job. The Marquis has arrived. He wants Wick dead. Caine has been hired to kill John. There is a Tracker that wants the money and offers his services. Plenty of action. With one scene you could see the choreography and stunt work it was obvious. Misfires and how characters are not dead. Some bad guys had been suited with body armour. There is a scene later on which is impressive due to how creative the kills were. The card game scene was good. The boss has good moves on him. John has enlisted the help of old friends. Impressive cinematography. Nice soundtrack. Lance Reddick has only just passed away. Great acting and special effects. There is a post credits scene. There is talk of spin offs. There will be trivia to look at. Some questions are being asked. Worth taking a look. The whole series was good. Eva Longoria was a producer and backer for the first film. I had seen her at a shift that I worked at.

I had finally gotten round to seeing the WB/DC movie Black Adam. I had been interested in going to the cinema. Mixed reviews. The DCU is being rebooted. I had watched the animation called Superman/Shazam! The Return Of Black Adam. Really good special effects. Good cast of actors, they had good chemistry. I like the soundtrack especially the main theme. A few hot women, highlight being Sarah Shahi. I like that Adam takes no prisoners. It does have a good bit of violence and swearing. In an ancient city somewhere in Africa or the Middle East there are slaves working at the mines. Searching for minerals. They do rebel against the king. No subtitles for the language that they spoke. 5000 years later and some revolutionaries are looking for a lost crown. Intergang are a villainous organisation. Currently appearing in Superman And Lois. They are running things. I knew that there would be a suspicious character. Adam has been awakened. The villains want the crown. Meanwhile the Justice Society are coming over from America to stop Black Adam. Amanda Waller has given them the mission. There are those Easter eggs. I wasn't bothered about any love story. Shazam Fury Of The Gods will be out soon.

Shazam! Fury Of The Gods. Released in the cinemas 2023. Has had mixed reviews. I liked the first one. Watched Black Adam not long ago. There would have been a battle between the rivals in another film. But that won't happen now. The DC universe is rebooted. I paid £15.99 on Google TV. I could have watched this for free on one of those sites. Set in Philadelphia. Rosa, Super Darla, Anthea and Mary are pretty. Nice rack on Mary. I did find Billy and Freddy to be annoying. The special effects, acting and soundtrack were good. So you have the foster family living their daily lives and being superheroes too. They have the Rock Of Eternity as a secret lair. Billy is trying to keep the family together. The others want to do their own thing. Meanwhile these sisters who are goddesses have arrived on Earth. They have taken the magic staff. They want the powers back which the wizard had taken and granted to Billy. They do argue amongst themselves. Anne is the new girl that has taken a liking to Freddy. One of the sisters wants to punish humanity. The other just wants the powers back. Cameos had already been spoilt. They could have ended the story in one way and it would not have mattered. Plenty of violence. I wasn't actually going to see this film. I ignore reviews. See trivia and discussions.

A few of characters have returned. The opening credits is something else. Chris aka Peacemaker has come out of hospital. He should be heading back to prison. He is given an opportunity to work for a special team. He will have a few different cases to deal with. I know that James Gunn has a mixed soundtrack like he did with Guardians Of The Galaxy. I am not keen on some of the songs. I hadn't watched the show as I wasn't keen on the character. Some people watching will be triggered. You have new girl Leota, a black woman who is in a lesbian relationship. I don't like the way other team members treat her. She can be annoying. Harcourt is hot. Though a bit of a bitch. She can definitely handle herself. Chris's dad is a Republican. With the dialogue and fights they do push the envelope. Nice body on John and the woman that he has sex with. Good tits. As also on Harcourt and Amber. Does contain violence, swearing, sex and nudity. You do feel a little sorry for Chris. He isn't so much like his dad. Amanda Waller is still running things. I recommend seeing the film first. I was impressed by this closet scene. Good special effects. There is this pet Eagle. See the reaction channels. There are references and cameos ahead. A second season has been given the green light. It airs on HBO Max however it is restricted to America just like with the CW. I saw it on this site. Here is a VPN to use.
I went to the cinema to watch The Batman. A film that triggered that small dicked gimp Kinel. Grabbed his pubes and screaming "reeeeee" all because of a fucking line? Also as it has black actors. A film by Matt Reeves. It is a dark film, clever too. They focus on the detective work alot as the other films had done but more here. Interesting shooting locations. Good action sets. You hear the theme music for certain characters. All the actors killed it in their roles. Special mention to Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz, Colin Farrell, Jeffrey Wright, Paul Dano. I like the history of the Wayne family. Andy Serkis, John Turturro are in supporting roles. Bruce Wayne has fighting crime as The Batman for some time now. His faithful butler Alfred by his side. He is young, goth like. The villain of this piece being the Ridler. He has a vendetta against the people of Gotham. Clever riddles are left. Something for the audience to take part in guessing, I was wondering what he must be suffering from. Set design, costumes, props and effects were done well. You might enjoy the soundtrack. You have Penguin running his club. Catwoman working undercover looking for her own answers, she is sexy. Falcone is a big mob boss. Commissioner Jim Gordon is working on the latest case and relies on Batman. It is definitely worth taking a look at. There are no post or mid credits. Why do some of these reviewers include spoilers? I am only typing this stuff as I want to. I had seen Paul in Swiss Army Man. Robert did great in Tennet. There are impressive scenes which I won't mention. One critic on Rotten Tomatoes found this film to be too dark especially with current events. She is entitled to her opinion no matter how stupid it sounds. I am vengeance.
I watched The Batman vs Dracula. Have seen some clips on YouTube. I was intrigued at the concept. There is a season opener of Buffy and the Blade Trinity film which also features the legendary character. An animated movie. These were more popular than live action. Closer to the comics. Beginning with a prison breakout. The Penguin and Joker are after some treasure. Said to be located in a cemetery. The coffin of a certain vampire is also located here. Once he has been resurrected he goes about infecting civilians. Batman must try to fight Dracula and cure the citizens. Vicky Vale is a reporter and love interest. Alfred the butler is always on hand. It is good that there are other staff and not just Alfred on his own. Nice soundtrack. Good visuals. You might also like Batman Ninjago and Gotham By Gaslight. I watched Synchronic. A scifi drama from the makers of The Endless. Starring Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan. Two paramedics working in the New Orleans. They have things going on at home. One is ill and the other has his marriage that has issues. The victims in each case have been taking a designer drug. The side effects leads them to time travel. Dennis's daughter Brianna goes missing and so Mackie's character Steve tries to figure out a way to get her back. Impressive special effects, acting and soundtrack. I like the concept. May need to see the science behind it. Check out the trivia and discussion. In one scene I spotted one the extras that is playing a corpse. He shifts his leg and moves his hand lower as Mackie passes. But it isn't a bad film. You should see The Endless, The Jacket, Chronical.
I decided to watch Willy's Wonderland. A horror comedy from Signature. Tongue in cheek, action packed. Starring Nicolas Cage as a man travelling through America. He is a passing a small town. His car breaks down. So whilst it is being repaired. He owes the mechanic money. He is hired by the theme park owner to pay off the debt by cleaning up the building. Meanwhile you have these animatronic puppets. The characters from the park come alive at night. Later on a back story is given. The Janitor barely says much. Not sure what the glance between him and Liv is about. Kathy is one of the friends. She is hot, liking the tits and ass. The other teens in the group know about the history of the park and want it destroyed. You have cgi, puppetry and stunt work in costumes. The Janitor is pretty bad ass. Cage is a great actor. Just because of the damn memes they don't take him seriously. Worth taking a look. Soundtrack is good. Reminded of a few films that I recommend: Five Nights At Freddy's, Cooties, Ash Vs Evil Dead, Gremlins, Westworld, Zombieland, Child's Play. Emily Tosta, Beth Grant and others star.
I watched Splinter again in a long while. It is an independent horror film. Starring Shea Whigham, Jill Wagner, Charles Baker, Paulo Costanzo, Rachel Kerbs, Laurel Whitsett.

A young couple who are quite mismatched are on a camping trip. The boyfriend Seth is a PhD graduate and nerdy. His girlfriend Polly is hot, has a nice pair of tits. The have the unfortunate encounter with a convict Dennis and his girlfriend Lacey on the run from the law. They all are in the car. Meanwhile because of some experiment I believe there is this parasite. Infecting any host that is in it's way. Spikes come out of it. This is a good film. Quite gory. You might also like Slither, The Thing. Good soundtrack. Great acting and special effects.

I saw the trailer and noticed mixed reviews. Milla has been in a few good films. Not the greatest actor but does a good enough job. She plays a Ranger named Captain Artemis. Her team of military soldiers are on some mission in the desert. A storm is brewing nearby. They are sucked into a portal taking them to another world. They encounter monsters. Meanwhile on this planet is the Hunter and his people on a boat type vehicle when they are attacked. I like how some characters in films from different worlds have an understanding. At 38 mins I was about to fall asleep. I could have stopped watching. I had been working in the day. I did hope the military scenes would not be clichéd. The sort of thing Tropic Thunder would parody. Impressive creature designs. FX aren't bad. Plenty of action. I did think that this would be about an entire team. The soundtrack is electro, synthwave. Good cast of actors especially Tony Jaa. Milla looking good. T. I was in this despite some recent controversy. Some reason her character reminded me of Katherine Hepburn. You might also like Mad Max, Monsters, Godzilla, Love And Monsters, A Quiet Place, Dune, Stargate. There is some mid credits scene which doesn't make sense. Doubt there will be a sequel.
I watched The Matrix Resurrections at the cinema. I was running short for time as I booked late too. Lauren Chen the constantly offended Karen posted a video about this. Uses the term Woke. Clearly didn't understand the original. The so called redpilled are against crt. Only the rightwingers do that. Anyway enough about that idiot and her minions. It was a good film.
Thomas Anderson is a game developer living in the city. The game is based on the Matrix trilogy. He goes to therapy. Tiffany is married with children. Loves bikes. Meanwhile in the outside world are a team intent on looking for Neo. There are plenty of references to the original films. Nice fourth wall break. Plenty to say about the modern world. Reuniting cast and crew. Good soundtrack. All cast were good. Smith and Analyst were top notch. When you watch this film you will understand what is going on. Lawrence Fishburne wasn't called up for the role. Hugo Weaving was already cast in another movie. Most of the young cast were either not born yet or just kids when the trilogy was out. Action scifi set in the future. Long after the third film. As special effects are much better now. It is impressive. The Swarm gives off Train To Busan, 28 Days Later vibes. Venom 2 was being filmed in the city too. The characters do get a glow up in Matrix gear. Some hot actors. The Smith actor reminds me of an old friend. I thought that there was a credits scene. Everyone in the theater left so I went too. I already have the end credits song. Cover by Brass Against. There is a new threat. How long did the peace last? I will look at trivia and discussions. It was nice to see Freema Agyeman in a scene. Go to the cinema. Forget about the reviews.
I went to see The Suicide Squad at Cineworld. I would class this as a sequel. Some old faces return and new ones are introduced. James Gunn directs. Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, Flula Borg, Pete Davison, Viola Davis, Peter Capaldi, Sylvester Stallone, Sean Gunn, Nathan Fillion, Joel Kinnaman, David Dastmalchian, Daniela Melchior, Taika Waititi, Alice Braga, Michael Rooker, Jai Courtney, Storm Reid amongst others star in this film. It does contain gratuitous violence, gore, sex, swearing and nudity. Some nice boobs on display. If you enjoy The Boys then you might like this. Task Force X have been sent to an island. There have been top secret experiments happening there. They must destroy the lab and all the evidence. The local government stands in their way. Surprised at how it pans out in the beginning for some of the characters. It had been getting praise. Good use of visual graphics and special effects. Nice soundtrack. There is a TV series happening too. Daniela and Margot are hot. Impressive fight scenes. Good humour. A great cast of actors that includes the extras and stunt team. The CW would not be able to get away with half the shit. I haven't seen the Harley Quinn show that is amusing from a few of the clips that I have seen.
Interesting to see what others think.
I decided to watch David Ayer's Suicide Squad again. I had no problem with it. Downloaded another song from the soundtrack.
The Commuter starring Liam Neeson, Vera Farmiga. I like the theme music played on the dvd menu. I saw a trailer for Yardie which is produced by Idris Elba and Shane Meadows I believe. Also You Were Never Really Here which stars Joaquin Phoenix. I am going to rent that. He will be playing The Joker in an origin story. Anyhow back to the film.
Interesting how the film was edited. Showing the various days that Michael travels to and from work. Some familiar faces. Sam Neill plays a Captain of the police force, Patrick Wilson is a cop and best friend of Michael. Shoutout to the extras and minor characters. Michael is an insurance seller that has been made redundant. You might like Falling Down. He meets a mysterious woman named Joanna that asks him to take part in an experiment. Action thriller. I had watched Non Stop and this is in a similar vein. Farmiga and Wilson starred together in The Conjuring. I knew that something was up as soon as he bumped into a guy. Colin McFarlane was in Batman Begins. Letitia Wright also stars. More cast members. You may have seen Source Code, Die Hard With A Vengeance, Phonebooth, Money Monster, The Cold Light Of Day, the Saw films. Expect plot twists. Worth taking a look at this film. I am watching Big Game starring Samuel L Jackson. He plays the President of the USA. Air Force One crashes in the wilderness of Finland. A bunch of terrorists are after him. There is a young hunter that is on a mission of his own. White subtitles blend into the background. There were no snakes on this plane. You might have seen Air Force One, The Purge, Die Hard, White House Down, Olympus Has Fallen. Not sure about Jim Broadbent's accent.
I rented The Hitman's Bodyguard also with Sam Jackson and Ryan Reynolds. Great opening theme music. It's one of those chalk and cheese films. You may have seen Safehouse, Training Day, The Heat, Pulp Fiction, Die Hard With A Vengeance, 51st State, Unknown, 7 Psychopaths, Big Game, Ronin, Leon, Lucy, The Fifth Element, The Equalizer.
Richard E Grant, Gary Oldman also star. Set in London, Belasarus, Coventry, Amsterdam etc. Ryan plays a bodyguard to the VIPs. Sam is a hitman. They wind up together. Oldman plays a villainous President. Richard is a business man. Again the subtitles are difficult to read. The hitman's wife is played by Selma Hayak. She is in prison. Looking hot too. There is humour and violence. Interesting soundtrack.

Watching Paranormal Activity The Ghost Dimension. Cert 15. A man visits his brother for Christmas. The blonde staying at the house is hot. Flashback scenes of the third film. Good special effects. Finally seeing what Toby looks like. Nice time twisting plot. Great cast.
Spy starring Melissa McCarthy, Jude Law, Rose Bryne, Jason Statham. From the makers of The Heat, Bridesmaids. Action comedy. Cert 15. Original and extended version. Great opening sequence paying homage to Bond. Allison Janey and Miranda Hart also appear. Monica Boccarin is hot as always. Parodies Bourne, Mission Impossible too. Peter Serafinowiz. Good soundtrack. Statham gets good lines. Susan is sent on a mission to track a villian and hopefully the CIA can get their hands on a nuclear weapon. Good actors. Rayna is dislikeable. In one scene Susan looks like Dawn French. Hart gets annoying. There is this pretty brunette which plays a small part. Extra features are bloopers.
For example there were Jurassic World, Dominion. Seventh Son. A fantasy adventure. Jeff Bridges as Gregory, a witch hunter. I was trying to work out that accent. Ben Barnes is his apprentice Tom. Julianne Moore is Mother Malkin the evil queen. Olivia Williams is Tom's mother. Both she and more star in a Cronenberg film. Kit Harrington features. Impressive special effects. He gets lucky yet again in a nightclub. This film will appeal to guys. Red Lights starring De Niro is a good film. Abbie was great in Sucker Punch. Reminded me of Bruce Almighty. When it comes to drugs with the highs must come the lows. Looking at a trailer I thought De Niro was an FBI agent. But he's a Hedge Fund Manager.He is a handsome man that Mr. Cooper. Interesting how the souls of the demons return to hell. Gargoyles ascend to heaven. Neberius is the bad boss aka Mr. Wessex. 200 years have passed. Adam is part of a war. He hunts demons. Reminds me of Highlander. Gothic scenery. Lots of action. Violence throughout. Good soundtrack. Has sci-fi horror elements. See Mary Shelley's novel. Take a look.
