A vampire film from the director of Interview With The Vampire. It is quite similar to Let Me In. Great acting from the cast, nice effects. I liked the soundtrack. Gemma and Saoirse are very pretty. There is the strip club scene, Gemma has great tits and ass. Basically you have this mother and daughter that have been around since the 1800s, they have to keep moving on. Never revealing to the public who they truly are as they'd have to kill anyone they reveal secrets to. You get to see scenes from the characters past. You might have enjoyed Angel and Buffy. I like Hansel & Gretel, The Host, Lovely Bones, Hanna. So I wanted to see this. This Is How I Live is out on dvd. A very dark film. Special features are interviews. A zombie horror comedy. Like Shaun Of The Dead, Juan Of The Dead, Warm Bodies. The protagonists are the undead. A few happen to be alot more lively than the rest. A man named Mike is trying to cope with being a zombie. Directed by The Pierce Brothers, sons of Bart Pierce who was the special effects photographer for The Evil Dead. Mike teams up with enthusiastic stoner Brent. They go on a road trip to find Mike's lost love. They are pursued by bounty hunters. Region 2, widescreen, dolby digital 5.0. Made in 2011. The actress playing Linda is hot. The waitress in the bar was a mature woman with big boobs. Cast are Michael McKiddy, Ross Kidder, Markus Taylor, Thomas Galasso, Ben Webster, Greg Dow, Natalie Victoria, Eden Maylan. Cheese is a zombie that the guys must take care of. DRAG ME TO HELL Sam Raimi Ghost House Pictures
This is a horror comedy about a young American woman that is the victim of a gypsy curse. She is in a race against time to end the curse before it ends her. A great cast. Superb effects. I like The Evil Dead trilogy, The Grudge films. The remake starring Jane Levy was awesome. You'll love this if you haven't seen this already. Alison Lohman, Justin Long, Dileep Rao, David Paymer, Adriana Barraza. Cert 18. 5060052418197. Special Features are mainly behind the scenes footage. Region 2 dvd. I bought this dvd from CEX for £6. It's an indie film. Region 0, PAL, Colour, Dolby sound. 5037899028858. Two very different families are looking to buy a new home. They're visited by a mysterious stranger. This leads them to find a deserted farmhouse. They help out a young girl that has had her tongue cut out. It seems they are trapped in this hell hole and the arguments and paranoia set in. It interesting viewing. There's not much of a soundtrack. I like the song that played at the end credits. This is character based. You might also like The Divide, The Shining, 1408, Rose Red, House Of Bones. Stars Marc Singer, Art LeFleur, Hayley Dumond, Janey Gidiosa, Paul McGill, Rebekah Kennedy, Victoria Vance. It's worth seeing the Amazon reviews. Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones

A spinoff of the PA series. A fresh take on things. Connects the other films together. There are some cameo appearances. Set in LA, characters are mostly hispanic/latino. Jesse has just graduated from college. He hangs around with his two friends, one being Hector. They have a camera which they always have with them. Some amusing moments, reminded me of the group of teens in REC 2. There are plenty of hot girls eg Gigi Feshold, Catherine Toribio, Jesse's friend and sister. There is creepy neighbour Ana that lives in the apartment below. She lives in isolation. Oscar is a fellow graduate. The dad works late. A time travel element has been added. The 'ouigi' with the multi light toy was interesting. Also Hector in a basket sliding down the stairs was crazy. Grandma Irma is great. Good special effects and scares. Worth seeing this film. I've just watched Outpost 3: Rise Of The Spetsnaz. It is a prequel horror war film. Set in 1945, follows the Russian soldiers that discover the base where the Nazis have been doing their experiments. Bryan Larkin stars as Dolokhov, a man that'd put Zangief to shame. he is leading his team. Ivan Kamaras plays Fyodor. Michael McKell stars as the ruthless general Strasser. There is plenty of violence, swearing, gore. Brutal fight scenes. Special features is the making of documentary. Worth checking out. 2013 MPI Media Group. I enjoyed the Outpost, Dead Snow, War Of The Dead films so I decided to see this. Amazon. Set in World War 2. Some Russian soldiers are in Nazi Germany. A scientist has been conducting experiments. Think of Human Centipede, Hostel, Saw, Hellraiser, Robocop, Frankenstein, Outpost. Special features: making of documentary. See seller Mrkish2013. Cast members: Joshua Sasse, Luke Newberry, Robert Gwilym, Hon Ping Tang, Alexander Mercury, Andrei Zayats, Mark Stevenson, Karel Rosen as Viktor Frankenstein. Again this has pov/found footage feel. At the moment the soldiers are just milling around. The music is interesting. Liked the look of the trailer. Contains strong language, gore, violence. Trying to understand what these guys are saying, some have strong accents. Bleak surroundings as it is in war. They've met a German farmer. Some Polish folk about. Cruel scene with a rabbit. One audience member has been appointed God. Nina is pretty and has nice boobs. The dummy which is a monkey is very rude. The front row of the audience is an eclectic mix. Various careers from mental health to admin. She has a new dummy based on her 8 year old daughter. Or maybe just her inner child. The guitar sequence is suprising. Nina is a good impressionist and can AdLib. The face mask that she puts on an audience member is good. I had seen her act on Live At The Apollo. Part of her act is she comes off giggly and nervous. Surprised a one guy who is a mental health support worker looking after people that may 'top themselves' wtf. There is the pet dog that sounds like Sandi Toksvig. All the characters are part of a story. Stefan is a Polish builder. He is huge. Granny is Scottish and clairvoyant. Adult humour, lots of swearing. A funny show. It is some dark humour. There is an old man named John. He is a painter. Worth seeing the TripAdvisor reviews. Some music in the show.

This dvd doesn't have any bonus features. Worth reading the Amazon reviews. The scene starts in Berkeley, California. Looks like an apocolypse in the future had taken place. Paul Bettany played the computer named Jarvis in the Iron Man trilogy. He narrates in the opening scene. Flashback to five years earlier. Will with his wife Evelyn. For full cast list see IMDB. The focus was to make life better for the human race. Chaos always follows.
There are discussions about this film, concerning the outcome, theories and meanings behind the story. Just google it. Max is a colleague of the Casters. Joseph is leading a team of programmers. Agent Buchanan is from the FBI. Investigating the crimes of these Luddites. Thinking of Terminator, Robocop, Matrix, I Robot, 2001 A Space Odyssey, Alien, White Noise, Tron. Spoiler: in the end the names scroll up a screen. These are called End Credits. I recommend Her. This film is out to buy/rent/download now. Rebecca Hall does have nice breasts. Partly a story of revenge. Will's soul is uploaded to a machine. He then gains so much power it could be deadly. Good special effects. The use of nano technology is interesting. I recommend that you see this film.

Great acting from all the cast. There's a council estate block called 'Peter Andre House'. Cloth is Scottish, a heavy drinker, miserable as his wife died. Good dialogue. Daisy Beaumont, Navin Choudry also star. Anne's surname is pronounced 'An old man'. Like the way the cops enter the crime scene. Dodging the yellow barriers. DC Anne heaving at the sight of a picture of Piers Morgan. Even though there's been a murrrderrr in that room. Strange opening credits. Jack Cloth continues to face the camera. Slightly based on A Touch Of Frost and other detective shows. Set in London. It's like the characters are being serious in what they say. Natasha the crime scene investigator is hot as is DC Anne. Tongue in cheek. A few innuendos. Tom Boss played by an actor from The Green Wing. Attractive granddaughter of the man is shown.
This is a dvd worth seeing. The bonus features are quite short. I like the theme music, it's more dub/trip hop. I had written other things about this show. quite weird and silly at times. Similar to Tv Burp.

There is an island called Plum, Delaware that the soldiers are headed for. Irish Americans live there. Patrick O'Flynn is in charge. His daughter is among the group. Expect gore and violence. Sheamus Muldoon is the leader of the rival gang. Three weeks later in Philidelphia. A female soldier masturbates. She's called Tomboy and is a lesbian. A couple of rednecks at campfire. A teen lad is hooking up with the soldiers. Some satire/comedic moments. Sisqo is a spanish soldier. Strange CGI effects. Great acting from the zombie cast. Worth checking out.

A group: singer Tyler, actress Leanne and film maker Rachel, hot girls are shown first. Joined by Russian Imogen, magician Steven. It's a private hire bus, the driver was in the Matrix films. All to work in showbiz. The trailer was good. Nice special effects and acting. Strong violence, language.

A black LA police officer lives in this area with his young son and teenage daughter. He is a strict father. A religious man. A newlywed couple have only just moved in. Chris (white) and Lisa (black). Abel the cop likes to keep a watchful eye on his neighbours. He clearly doesn't approve of their interracial relationship. A talented cast of actors. Lakeview is a suburb. Scenes also shot in downtown LA. Good scene at the arrest of the local drug dealer. The soundtrack is pretty good.

For some reason I assume Kerry was in a Saw film. Good dialogue, especially from Able. Some nice strippers in a scene. Interesting scenery. Special features are infact a making of segment, commentary, deleted scenes and trailers.

UNKNOWN starring Liam Neeson, Dianne Kruger, January Jones, Aiden Quinn, Bruno Ganz, Frank Langella. StudioCanal/Dark Castle 2011. I do feel Liam might wind up getting typecast. He has had a variety of roles. He is in Amongst The Tombstones in cinemas now. You should see Non-Stop, Dark Man, The Lego Movie to name a few. Fans of Taken will love this. It's described as 'Bourne meets Hitchcock'. Cert 15 5055201814227 plenty of special features. I saw the trailer a few weeks back. Dr Martin Harris has flown in with his wife. They're on their way to a biotechnology summit in Berlin. Similar Bourne trilogy, The Forgotten, Total Recall, The Net, The 6th Day. A suitcase had been left behind at the airport. Some problems at check-in at the hotel. The taxi driver is pretty as is the wife. On the way back to the airport there is a car crash. He awakes in hospital.

Having been in a coma and suffering some memory loss. He must piece together what happened and why. It's an action thriller. Sometimes I feel trailers, blurbs and reviews give too much away. There are twists, violence, deceit, betrayal. His wife doesn't recognise him. He needs to prove that he is who he says he is. Others see him as a mad man. There are a group of assassins that want to keep him out of the way. There is the comedy The Double that I'll see. Gina is an immigrant. Working as a taxi driver and barmaid. A good cast of actors. I like the old east german spy that's helping Martin. They would've got permission to film the stunt scenes on the streets of Berlin. Very apt having Blue Monday on the soundtrack. Lots of clues. Martin carries a book with him. I'm rooting for the guy. I think you ought to see this. January Jones (Liz) was in X-Men First Class. Dianne Kruger (Gina) was in The Host. Bruno Ganz was in Downfall. THE TOURIST 2010 Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Paul Bettany, Timothy Dalton. A thriller with a hint of comedy, in Europe. The trailer looked good with the Muse song Map Of The Problematique. Starlight is played during the end credits. The bad guys seem to be poor at shooting. Great shots of Venice and other locations. Like a Bond film. I'm selling this on Amazon. Elise is a glamorous English woman. Constantly being followed by special services. There is Reginald Shaw, played by Steven Berkoff. He was in an Indiana Jones film. They're after man of mystery Alexander Pierce. The soundtrack isn't bad. Some clever moments like piecing a burnt letter together to read the message. Look at the discussions after seeing this. Cert 12 5055201812001. You might like The Cold Light Of Day, The Two Faces Of January. Does reveal things too soon. Frank is an American math teacher on holiday. He gets caught up in the hoohah. Jolie's accent I'm not sure about. Did the accent in Tomb Raider. Nice eyes but not attracted to her. Spyglass Entertainment. Fascinating having the airport near water. The hospitality staff were very professional. Extras: behind the scenes footage, outtakes, commentary, interview. Julian Fellows was the screenwriter. Good insight into the making of the film. I hope you see this dvd.

Men In Black 3. Will Smith, Josh Brolin, Tommy Lee Jones

Opening seen features Nicole Sherzinger taking a cake to a prisoner named Boris. She has fantastic breasts. Agent J has to travel back to the 60s. As the villian has gone back and done some meddling. Josh Brolin plays the young Agent K. The guys must team up to save the future of humanity. Emma Thompson also stars. Released in 2012, I'm sure many have already watched this. Cert PG, special features: gag reel, making of doc and a music video: 'Back in time' by Pitbull which I'd personally avoid. Some good lines from J. As he has the normaliser aimed at members of the public he talks about being on airplanes and having to switch phones off. I'm trying to watch but others are making noise. Good special effects. Some spectacular creatures. You should see R.I.P.D., After Earth, Tongan Ninja. On the screen of the MIB base there is a clip of  Lady Gaga amongst other alien suspects. Interesting time jump sequence. Nice 60s costumes and theme. I liked the Griffin character. also this is the song that plays at the party, Pictures Of Matchstick Men. Out to rent/buy now.

FRenemy starring Matthew Modine, Callum Blue, Zach Galifianakis

A dark comedy about friends. The first scene is strange. Two characters Mr. Jack and Sweet Stephen are sat on a bench having a conversation about life. Don't quite get what is with the mixture of accents. Adam Baldwin plays Tommy the cop. Zach G plays Bucky a drug dealing porn shop owner. Fucking weird scene, Jack is singing annoying everyone on the bus, a little girl runs up and he trips her over. I'm thinking wtf. You might like It's Kind Of A Funny Story. 'Ron Jeremy, the Carrie Grant of penises'. Paul Aldestein, Liza Weil, Don McManus also star. 2010 Region 2 cert 18 80 min. An indie film from Signature Ent. Jack is cheerful but weird and Stephen is charming and depressive at the same time. Billy is a flamboyant robber. He has bought along a list as a running order as it's his first robbery. Take a look at the Amazon reviews. This is set in LA. Tracy Lords gets a mention, must google that name. Clips of talkshow Dennis Rivers is shown. It was originally called Little Fish, Strange Pond.

I've just seen some good trailers. The Tourist starring Johnny Depp. Good use of Muse-Motp. The Losers starring Idris Elba. This dvd I am selling on 22/09. UNKNOWN starring Liam Neeson, Dianne Kruger, January Jones, Aiden Quinn, Bruno Ganz, Frank Langella. StudioCanal/Dark Castle 2011. I do feel Liam might wind up getting typecast. He has had a variety of roles. He is in Amongst The Tombstones in cinemas now. You should see Non-Stop, Dark Man, The Lego Movie to name a few. Fans of Taken will love this. It's described as 'Bourne meets Hitchcock'. Cert 15 5055201814227 plenty of special features. I saw the trailer a few weeks back. Dr Martin Harris has flown in with his wife. They're on their way to a biotechnology summit in Berlin. Similar Bourne trilogy, The Forgotten, Total Recall, The Net, The 6th Day. A suitcase had been left behind at the airport. Some problems at check-in at the hotel. The taxi driver is pretty as is the wife. On the way back to the airport there is a car crash. He awakes in hospital. Having been in a coma and suffering some memory loss. He must piece together what happened and why. It's an action thriller. Sometimes I feel trailers, blurbs and reviews give too much away. There are twists, violence, deceit, betrayal. His wife doesn't recognise him. He needs to prove that he is who he says he is. Others see him as a mad man. There are a group of assassins that want to keep him out of the way. There is the comedy The Double that I'll see. Gina is an immigrant. Working as a taxi driver and barmaid. A good cast of actors. I like the old east german spy that's helping Martin. They would've got permission to film the stunt scenes on the streets of Berlin. Very apt having Blue Monday on the soundtrack. Lots of clues. An occult horror about an American couple that'd just got married. Zach (Zach Gilford) and Samantha (Allison Miller) have been filming everything on their small camcorder. They'd travelled to the Carribean on their honeymoon. There they are invited out by a taxi driver. It get's alot sinister. Allison falls pregnant and strange things start happening around the home. A found footage/pov style. The film may appeal to fans of Rosemary's Baby, The Omen, Paranormal Activity, The Last Excorcism, The Unborn. There are a few hot girls in this. I quite liked this film. The special features are deleted scenes and extended ending. Released by Twentieth Century Fox in 2014. You might also like House Of The Devil, The Devil's Own. Written by Lindsay Devlin. Katie Sackoff plays the mother Marie. Also see her in Haunting In Connecticut 2 and White Noise: The Light. Alan is the father that purchased the mirror. Imdb for full cast. Some creepy scenes. The poster/case cover is eerie but good. Kaylie is wearing a one piece nightie. She looks good. There are some strange camera angles. Good suspense. The siblings will return to their childhood home. Worth turning the volume up. Some blink and you'll miss it moments. An experiment is to be conducted. Cameras set up. Alarm clocks ready. I recommend Ghost Adventures, Grave Encounters. A back history is given. Karen speaks quite quickly. Clever editing, haunting music. Good special effects. A good cast. See the reviews. Out to buy now.

Dead Wait Productions 2013 present a zombie horror movie. I'm selling this copy on Amazon along with other dvds. Written and directed by Douglas Schulze. Starring Sid Haig, Courtney Gains, Jana Thompson, Allen Maldondo, Lauren Mae Shafer, Taylor John Piedmonte, David G.B Brown. Opening scenes were of a farm attacked by zombies. After the opening credits shows people at a horror convention. There is a lecture being given by an author. The black guy Dwayne nattering through it is annoying. Goth girl Judith is flirting with him. Russell is the guy in glasses. They're invited to a party. The location is on a farm. Interesting soundtrack. It's the morning after and Russell and the blonde have awoken in a graveyard. Reminiscent of the original film by George Romero. There's a Welsh remake. This is American. Expect bloody violence. The customer reviews will be interesting to read. There is the father Carl with wife and kid, autograph hunter Steve and Judith that were in the basement. See what you make of this. Out now. This is a musical comedy. See bio of Chris Sievey. Nice opening scene, Jon is singing to himself about everything that he sees. You might've seen Pitch Perfect. Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, Inside Llewyn Davis. Jon tweets every so often. Set in an english town. Avant garde indie pop music. The soundtrack is available. Jon joined the band and having to play keyboard without knowing the songs. The band are recording an album. The actors have musical talent. Some ad-libbing. Very weird film. You should read Too Weird For Ziggy by Sylvie Simmonds. Some swearing, sex and violence.

Exodus Of Gods And Kings A Ridley Scott film starring Christian Bale, Joel Edgerton, John Turturro, Aaron Paul, Ben Mandelson, Sigourney Weaver, Ben Kingsley. Set in ancient Egypt where the Hewbrew people are kept as slaves. There is sibling rivalry. There is a good cast of actors. Retelling of the Moses story. I notice how the characters are Caucasian. There is mumbling going on. I was trying to figure out what was going on. Moses sounded like Michael Caine. I did feel sleepy so will need to watch the rest later. Some mixed up reviews online. You might like Noah, Pompeii, Gladiator. The lady playing Moses' wife is pretty. Cert 12, Twentieth Century Fox 2014. 5039036072748 Special features are extended, deleted scenes and commentary by the director. The Alien series and Prometheus were good. There are the English accents. Subtitles are on. Much respect to the young lad playing the human form of God. Impressive special effects. The priestess is hot. She was in the TV show Rome. S Weaver was in Scott's old film Alien. The Bible and other religious books with all that they believed. Thank goodness for science and atheism. God is a sadist it seems.

Everything Must Go

A comedy drama starring Will Ferrell as Nick. A man that sees his world fall apart. It's an interesting story. Slow paced with a lovely soundtrack. Rebecca Hall and Laura Dern also star. Christopher CJ Wallis plays Nick's young friend Kenny. Nick has just lost his job. He happens to have an alcohol problem. His wife has left him. All his belongings are on the lawn. There are various other characters that make an appearance. For instance Detective Garcia (Michael Cena) that knows Nick very well and wants him to move on with his life. In my opinion this is Ferrell's best film. Cert 15 5060255690666. G2 Pictures Ltd 2011. I saw the trailer which got me interested. It's set in Arizona. I like the scenery. You might also enjoy About Schmidt, Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World, Drinking Buddies, Sideways, The Descendants, Up In The Air. It's based on a book. Written/directed by Dan Rush. Night Of The Living Dead Resurrection

A british horror film which pays homage to Danny Boyle and George Romero. There is a viral outbreak in the uk. Centres around a family in Wales. Not sure about the camera angles. Kind of quiet. It's an independant film. Mumblecore perhaps. Annoying Welsh accents. Cert 18. This does have some marks on it. Skips in parts. 5034741391412 I did get sidetracked along the way. It was £3.50 at CEX. Best to see the Amazon reviews. Nice mention of Twitter as the girl is trying to contact the outside world. 'Apocalypse is trending.' Effects are alright. You have the opening scene where a group of chavs harrass a gay Aled Jones lookalike. A good cockmunching suprise. A random black man that was not from the area. He's on his way somewhere. I saw that State Of Emergency and it's better than this. The teen daughter has nice legs. A film by James Plumb. Blame him and the cast too. I've exchanged it for store credit.

Excellent opening credit song. Which I'll be downloading. Reminiscent of Hostel, Human Centipede, Saw. There is a car crash and tha scene is similar to I Know What You Did Last Summer. From the producers of Final Destination. There is a victim of the accident. An ambulance arrives and takes all the people to a hospital. This is an indie film. Ashley Schneider, Ross Kohn, Jenette Goldstein, Michael Bowen also star. I just saw a trailer for a British horror indie starring Faye Dunnaway. One of the young men from the group of friends just pulled out a piece of glass from his torso. Jessica looks hot. She was in 90210. Might have been at Stapleford Park. See my blog menu. I rented this for £1.45 from Blockbuster. You might like Excision, Needle. There are some weird and gory scenes. Robert Patrick plays a creepy doctor. He has been in Terminator 2, Charlie's Angels, Dusk Till Dawn 2. There is a scene where a buff naked man falls onto a woman, guts spill.

Fantasy adventure film based on the story Snow White & The Seven Dwarves. You might like Red Riding Hood, Oz The Great And Powerful, Jack The Giant Slayer, Hook, Once Upon A Time, Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters. This dvd is rented from Blockbuster for £1.45. Region 2,4,5. Nick Frost, Toby Jones, Ray Winstone, Ian McShane, Bob Hoskins, Sam Claflin also star. Hemsworth is narrating the story. Directed by Rupert Sanders, round this time he had an affair with Kristen. It starts off by telling you of how the Evil Queen came about and how Snow White lost everything. Good acting from the casy especially Charlize. Lily Cole appears in a few scenes. The only thing that can destroy the queen is her step daughter. Interesting effects for the magic mirror. Cert 12, 2012 Universal. Lots of action and special effects. This Snow White is hardcore compared to the Disney version. Hemsworth is doing a Scottish accent. Last Aussie since Mel Gibson. Please recommend my blog to your friends.

Peter has to look for a Best Man for the wedding. He meets the ultimate dude played by Segel. It's a bromance. I've just seen a cool trailer for The Apparition. This dvd was listed like new. It skipped at the very beginning and there were smear marks on the cd. Must see The Day. Nell Sweetener finds herself in hospital. She now lives in a home for girls. The demon Abalam that had possessed her in the first film, has come back.You may have seen The Exorcism Of Emily Rose, The Exorcist. The sequel has been shot differently to the found footage style of the first one. Ashley is a great actress. Plenty of shocks and scares. Post production really did put some work into this. Best to watch this with the volume up. Nell has flashbacks, she is adapting to city life. Good music plays throughout. There is a boy that she likes.

Unfortunetly the dead turn into the living dead. Maid Marian must find a potion to free her friends and let them die in piece but until then Robin and his merry men are the 'Ghosts Of Sherwood'. The accents are dodgy. Well sound a little American. An indie film. Cert 15. I picked this up from CEX. Worth reading the Amazon customer reviews. Just click on the ads. Cast: Martin Thorn, Ramona Kuen, Kai Borcharot, Dennis Zachmann, Tom Savini, Claude-Oliver Rudolph and Kane Hodder. You might enjoy Snow White & The Huntsman. This has been voice dubbed in post production. Digidreams Studios 2012. Outpost, Dead Mine and Dead Snow are excellent films. Also see The Princes Bride, Your Highness. Pride And Prejudice And Zombies is being made into a film. Read the book. Fitting soundtrack.

Good punk/indie song plays as a group of teens are making a movie. The town that they live in has an infamous past. There is an evil that corrupts the residents. It possesses the victim through video playback and then sends them on a killing spree. It's been likened to Halloween. A good soundtrack that'll interest some. I like the locker room seen, some nice tits on display. Directed by Michael A Nickels.
